Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

 Product Introduction 

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is a fine white powder widely used in construction and industry. It contains special active substances. When it meets water, it can quickly disperse and dissolve and react with cement and other cementitious materials to form a highly active silane hydrophobic group. It has excellent hydrophobicity, greatly reduces water absorption, and can maintain the hydrophobic effect for a long time. It is suitable for various mortar systems with hydrophobic requirements.

Recommended addition amount 

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE) powder is added to the powder and mixed evenly before use.

The recommended addition amount is 0.1%-0.5% of the cementitious material, and preliminary tests should be conducted based on the raw materials and performance requirements.

 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer（ PCE） characteristics 

1. High water reduction rate, suitable for silicate cement or aluminate cement system.

2. Good plasticity and extremely low air entrainment. Good adaptability to cement-based and gypsum-based systems.

3. Excellent high temperature resistance, high adaptability, good adaptability to different cements, admixtures, and other additives.

4. Excellent construction performance, can improve the workability of mortar, and has excellent fluidity.

1. Applicable to cement-based systems, gypsum-based systems (high temperature resistant) and high-strength concrete

 Packaging & Storage 

1. Multi layer paper bag with inner PE film

2. Bulk or pallet ，25kg/bag, 500kg or 600kg/ pallet

3. 20' container: 12 Tons, 40' container: 24 Tons (with pallet)

4. Netural or blank bag available, OEM brand available

5. Store in cool, dry, and clean conditions, keep away from heat to aviod spread burning with oxygen.

Safe handing is required to prevent dust with air from reaching explosive levels.

Shelf Life 

The shelf life is 2 years. If over 2 years, please test and confirm the quality before using.
